Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and InfoSolve Co.,Ltd ("we", "us") about your use of GeneratorStudio, the Studio at this website where you design data models and generate .NET applications from them. If you use the Studio for an organization, you accept them for that organization and confirm you may do so.
1. Your account
- You need an account to use the Studio. Give accurate details and confirm your email address; an account registered with a password cannot sign in until its address is confirmed.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [legal contact email] if you think someone else has used it.
- You must be at least [16] years old.
2. Workspaces and plans
- Projects belong to a workspace. The workspace owner decides who is a member. Every member can open, change, generate and deploy the workspace's projects, including the connection and deployment settings saved with them.
- Each workspace has a plan that sets its limits, such as members, projects, entities per project and which features are available. The limits of each plan are shown on the pricing page. If a workspace moves to a plan with lower limits, its existing projects are kept, but new work beyond the limits is refused until the workspace fits them.
- We may change what plans include. We will give at least [30 days'] notice before a change that reduces what a paid plan you are already paying for includes.
3. Your content
Your content is what you put into the Studio: data models, settings, imported database schemas, prompts and the credentials you save. You keep all rights to it. You give us permission to store, copy and process it only as needed to run the Studio for you, including sending it to the services described in section 5 when you use features that need them. You confirm you have the right to use the content you put in, including any database you import a schema from.
4. Generated code
The source code the Studio generates for you is covered by the Generated Code License. In short, the application is yours to use, change and sell, and you are responsible for testing it and for what it does once you run it.
5. Your credentials and other services
- Some features act on accounts you own elsewhere: pushing code and setting secrets in your GitHub repositories, preparing and backing up your servers over SSH, and provisioning resources in your Microsoft Azure subscription. When you save credentials for those and start such an action, you authorize us to use the credentials for that action.
- Those services have their own terms, and they bill you directly. Resources created in your cloud accounts, including by the deployment workflows in generated code, are yours and cost what those providers charge until you remove them.
- Grant credentials only the access the action needs, and revoke them when you no longer use the feature.
6. AI features
AI features are optional. When you use them, what you type and the parts of your project the feature needs, such as your current data model, are sent to the AI provider the Studio is configured to use. AI output can be wrong or incomplete; the Studio shows proposals for you to review before they change your model, and you decide what to apply. Do not put personal data or secrets into prompts.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Studio to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights, or build applications meant to;
- access accounts, workspaces or data that are not yours, or get around plan limits, rate limits or security controls;
- upload code or templates meant to harm the Studio, its users or anyone else;
- overload the service, or share one account between several people to avoid paying for seats;
- copy the Studio or its templates to build a competing code generation product.
8. Fees
Paid plans are charged in advance for each monthly or annual period at the price shown when you subscribe, plus any taxes. They renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
9. Suspension and ending
- You can stop using the Studio at any time. Export your projects first: the Studio saves each project's design as a JSON file, and generated code already in your repositories stays there.
- We may suspend or close an account or workspace that breaks these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or has unpaid fees. Unless the law or a security risk prevents it, we will tell you first and give you [30 days] to export your projects.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Studio available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove features. We will give notice of changes that significantly reduce what you are paying for.
11. Disclaimers
Except as the law requires, the Studio and generated code are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including that they are fit for a particular purpose or free of defects. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and securing applications before you rely on them or release them to others.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for all claims about the Studio is limited to [the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim]. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [country or state whose law governs these terms]. Disputes are decided by [courts with jurisdiction over disputes], unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will show the new effective date here and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email at least [30 days] beforehand. Continuing to use the Studio after that date means you accept the updated terms.
